Pune: Dr Deepak Shikarpur from India (Rotary Club of Pune Shivajinagar District 3131) has been chosen for Rotary Foundation’s (TRF) highest Award- The Distinguished Service Citation Award .
He is Digital Literacy Activist, Author (45 books), Career Counsellor and IT Entrepreneur. He has received several awards for his literary work from Government and Non-Governmental Bodies.
